Washing out Lasio Keratin Treatment – 66 weeks 4 days

A few days after the Lasio Keratin treatment, I washed my hair.

My wet hair was laying on my back, something that had not happened to me in a long time since starting my transition to natural hair.  My hair felt coated, but not heavy.  I used WEN Fig Cleansing Conditioner and my hair did not shrink up as much as usual.  My relaxed ends were definitely more prominent after washing.  My curl pattern seemed to loosen and my hair seemed more smooth and easier to comb.  It was so much easier that I did get a little carried away and I started to comb my hair from root to tip, with no problems.  I ended up flat ironing my hair after the first wash and it was a bit too straight.  I had let my loose hair air dry, then I flat ironed and I did my normal bun style pin up.

I am not sure what I expected from the loose air drying results, but as you can see in the photo it was not a great sight to see.  I usually air dry in rollers or braids.
