Crochet Braids – Mambo hair – Protective Styling for 2017

My plan for 2017 is crochet braids and wash & go styles.  I’m in crochet braids now for the rest of the winter & spring.  For summer and fall I plan to wear wash & go styles. I’ve tried a lot of different synthetic hair brands and settled on mambo hair.  It most closely resembles my hair.  I’ve added a photo with a friend where she was wearing her own hair and I was wearing crochet braids.There was a time when I’d change my hair almost daily, even adding color some days.  However, I find that sticking with one style is easier for me.

There was a time when I’d change my hair almost daily, even adding color some days.  However, I find that sticking with one style is easier for me.  I cut off all my progress in 2016 by trimming every 3 months.  My hair does not even grow that fast so I am not sure why I cut so often.  I have no plans to cut my hair at all in 2017.
